Shipping policy
When will my order ship?
We roast and ship Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days.
How much is shipping?
Coffee and gear ship for a flat $7.95 per order in the US. Faster options (USPS Priority, UPS 3 Day) are shown at checkout at the carrier’s rate.
Coffee Club: $7.95 shipping, free on boxes of $40 or more.
Can I pick up instead?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and grab your order at the café, 614 S Ohio Ave, Sedalia. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Pickup hours are our store hours: Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 5 pm, Saturday 8 am to 2 pm. Closed Sunday.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email when it ships. Signed-in customers can also ask our chat helper.
Something went wrong?
Damaged, missing or the wrong coffee? Email info@ozarkcoffeeco.com with your order number and what happened, and we’ll make it right.
Returns
Coffee typically isn’t returned, but if something’s off, tell us and we’ll fix it. Unused gear can come back within 30 days in its original box. Full details are in our refund policy.
