Ronal Carranza Montenegro is a Peruvian coffee producer working in the Lonya Grande district, Amazonas region. In addition to growing award-  winning coffees, Ronal also was a founding member of the cooperative "El Palto" (also known JUMARP), and via that organization works tirelessly to educate and grow alongside fellow producers in his region. This lot is an Organic-certified, natural-processed Geisha, fermented for 120 hours in cherry and dried on raised beds in a solar dryer.
 
This Organic Geisha from Peru’s Amazonas region, with its vibrant notes, shines best when brewed using pour-over or immersion methods to enhance the renowned blackberry and green apple flavors.
